The Prime Minister, who was given a high-level reception in Baghdad, conveyed to President Ladif a message from the President of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh, sharing the progress made by the people and the government of Somalia.
The President of Iraq welcomed the visit of the Prime Minister and described it as a good step to strengthen the relationship between the two countries, and to expand the cooperation in the fields of security, diplomacy and educational grants for Somali students in Iraqi Universities.
Prime Minister Hamza confirmed that the Federal Republic of Somalia is committed to strengthening the relationship between the two countries in various fields, in order to strengthen security, peace, and stability in the region.
