Saudi King Salman receives Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz has received Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in his office at Salam Palace in Jeddah.

Lavrov conveyed greetings from Russian President Vladimir Putin to King Salman, as well discussed bilateral relations and means of boosting cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting was attended by Minister of State Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir, the Russian President’s envoy to the Middle East and North Africa Mikhail Bogdanov, Russian Ambassador to the Kingdom Sergei Kozlov and other officials.
